TRANSFER STATION HAULING AND DUMPSTER SERVICES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
The Town of Ovid (the Town) is seeking sealed bids for the collection of household garbage, recyclable materials, tires and construction debris to be collected from the Town’s Transfer Station and hauled off site by the successful bidder.
All services performed by Contractor under the Agreement shall be performed in accordance with the specifications set out in the BID Proposal and in the Requirements for Bidders and Minimum Specifications, which are available from the Office of the Town Clerk, 2136 Brown Street PO Box 452 Ovid, NY 14521 and which will be available at the Town’s website: https://www.townofovid.net/
Sealed bids are due no later than 4:00 PM February 9, 2022.
All submitted bids will be reviewed at the BID opening, Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Ovid Fire Department/Ovid Town Hall, 2136 Brown Street PO Box 452 OVID, NY 14521. All bidders are welcome to attend. Due to COVID-19 protocols, the town reserves the right to conduct such bid opening virtually if conditions warrant same.
The Town of Ovid reserves the right to reject any/all bids.
