NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

Awarding contract for solid waste management,

collection and/or disposal in lieu of competitive bidding.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE

that the Town Board of the Town of Ovid will meet

at a Special  Meeting to be held on Monday, May 21, 2018

at 7:00 PM, at Ovid Fire House,

 2136 Brown St, Ovid, NY 14521.

The purpose of the meeting is considering declaring public emergency and awarding contract for solid waste management, collection and/or disposal in lieu of competitive bidding.
